Showcasing the landmark 47-storey luxury office tower developed by UAE-based Omniyat and designed by GAD Architects. With panoramic views over downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf, the tower stands as a bold statement of contemporary design and ambition.
To capture its striking presence and prime location in one of the world’s most dynamic cities, Brick produced a cinematic animation and a series of engaging visual studies that bring the futuristic high-rise to life.
Creative drafting
Approaching the visual representation of such a dynamic and forward-looking design was an exciting creative challenge - one that pushed us to explore bold compositions, lighting, and atmosphere to match the project’s architectural vision.
