Huatulco is located in southern Mexico, where the foothills of the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains meet the Pacific Ocean. Situated on the doorstep of the Huatulco National Park, and surrounded by three gorgeous beaches, Esencia Desarrollos has developed ALMA, a truly unique set of properties, paying exceptional care to the surrounding environment through many sustainable planning initiatives.

This boutique community unobtrusively combines Mexican architecture with the raw beauty of the Pacific coastline. Pure lines impart a sense of weightlessness to the design, enhanced by floor to ceiling sliders that blur the boundary between the indoors and outdoors while preserving comfort.

Besides their sustainable initiatives, through the appropriate use of colors, materials, and landscaping, it is ensured that ALMA has a minimal visual impact when viewed from the sea and remains unobtrusive from the neighboring pristine beaches, Playa Órgano and Playa Violín.
