Gelephu Mindfulness City

Overview

Following several previous collaborations with world renowned architects BIG, we embarked on one of our most exciting and prestigeous animation projects. To be delivered to His Majesty the King of Bhutan, as a presentation to the Bhutanese people about the ambitious plans to reinvigorate this beautiful area by the country's southern border with India. The assignment involved a set of still images and an animation highlighting the masterplan of the city and its vast surroundings.

Masterplan

Returning to our previous collaboration with architects BIG, designers Squint Opera and 2D animators Myth Studio, the next phase in Bhutan’s Gelephu Mindfulness City is the finalized concept for the 2500 km2 masterplan. Brick once again contributed with the creation of an extensive fly-through animation narrated by BIG Chief Architect Bjarke Ingels.
